The average cost of tubal reversal will be $7,000-$7,500 with slight additional charges for increased weight and history of previous abdominal and pelvic surgery.

Invocell cost will be $4,000 and IVF will be $5,500. 

5% discount for cash, credit, debit paying patients (excluding patients with financing options)

Income based discount for IVF and Tubal Reversal (5% for household income under $75,000) and (10% discount for household incomes under $50,000)
