Tubal reversal is a form of treatment for patients that have had a tubal ligation (or tubes tied) or patients who had their tubes blocked by a device called ESSURE, and now wish to get pregnant again.
Tubal ligation reversal surgery may be a good option based on several factors, including age and health, the method used in the tubal ligation, and the amount of fallopian tube tissue that remains to work with.
If the tubal reversal is not the best option for you then In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is still available.
Your total all-inclusive costs for tubal reversal is $5,900. Other factors such as BMI or any previous surgeries may increase costs.
The payment for the balance of the surgery fee is due by the pre-operative appointment. If you choose to pay by check, the payment must be received at least two weeks before the surgery date. The $2,000 tubal ligation reversal surgery deposit is non-refundable. If the surgery needs to be rescheduled within two weeks of the surgery date, then the $2,000 deposit is forfeited and another Non-Refundable $2,000 Deposit is required in order to get a new date.
There is a $300 consultation fee if wish to visit the office for a face-to-face consultation. However, you can also avail of telephone and Skype consultations, which are available at a discounted rate of $200 for patients that do not live in North Florida.
