Consultation

The first step to fertility treatment is coming in for a consultation. 

At your consultation you will have the opportunity to sit down with the doctor one on one and discuss your medical and/or treatment history. Once this is done the female patient (if applicable) will have a vaginal ultrasound to look at the uterus and ovaries. The male (If applicable) will also do a semen analysis.

Based off of all of the above the doctor will give you a recommendation of what will give you the highest chance of pregnancy.

An office consultation will cost $300 unless you have insurance. A telemedicine consultation will cost $200. An office consultation in Jacksonville will cost $200 if you live more than two hours away from the office location.

There is $100 booking fee to reserve your appointment. This fee will apply to your account as a credit.T
